Aesthetica Art Prize 2026
I am pleased to announce that I have made the Aesthetica art prize longlist for the third consecutive year. This time with my series ‘Past Lives’. My work will be digitally displayed alongside the other longlisted artists from July 17th- Nov 15th at York art gallery.
Born out of a desire to honour the brief and fragile lives that move, and end, beneath our feet and around us. Over the course of a year, I created final resting places for birds, animals, fish, and insects I encountered after death.
Often unseen, their endings are undignified—sometimes violent—yet their lives remain essential, quietly sustaining the ecology of our world.
My 2025 personal project has made it to a book. Limited copies available.
